Outlined throughout this project are the company’s values, vision, mission, and sourcing guidelines. At reset. each division of the brand focuses heavily on empowering women while creating a sustainable environment and ensuring safe and healthy working conditions.

In the worldwide apparel industry, Peru, Egypt and Vietnam are the top manufactures of knit-wear. To better analyze the business climate in each country, the project examined the political, economic and social stability, concluding with a comprehensive risk and benefit analysis. Suppliers from each of country that comply with the sourcing guidelines were ranked in the interests of lead time, location, government stability, ease of conducting business, along with additional geopolitical factors.

The critical considerations for the placement strategy are a strong negotiation power while minimizing risk to achieve the most economic margin. Channels of distribution and requirements for third-party logistics and warehousing were identified, analyzed and concluded with a warehouse facility strategically placed in the Midwest region of the United States.
